
Many times, we can become caught up in anxiety about something that hasn’t happened yet. Other times, we can dwell on unfortunate events that have happened to us in the past. Choosing to practice gratitude allows us to focus on the positive in life and not be reduced by our circumstances. Try writing down 3 negative events happening currently or in the past and reframe them into a positive. (Ex: It’s raining outside. Positive: I can cozy up indoors.)
