Hear me out: What if I told you you only needed five minutes every day to practice gratitude? I'm Holly, and I am a graphic designer here at Joy Creative Shop, and some of you may also know me from Club Joy. Welcome to Gratitude Week, day five. Let's take a moment to be grateful!
My favorite way to practice gratitude each day is with my Five Minute Journal. This thing is absolutely amazing. It is such a quick and easy way to practice gratitude every day, even in the busy seasons. So let's take a look inside. It starts off every single day with a new quote, and then it gives you three prompts, one of which being "I am grateful for," "what would make today great," and your daily affirmation for the day, as well as a bonus section for the nighttime that asks you what your "highlight of the day" was and "what did you learn today?" So great!
