The majority of our personalized styles are A2 flat cards (5.5x4.25”) and printed on either 100 lb. Felt Bright White cardstock. There is a slight texture to the stock, that has a nice feel and is easy to write on. Some of our ready to ship and kid’s styles are printed on 100lb. smooth white stock.

We’re happy to send a proof to make sure you’re more than thrilled with your design and color choices. Please note this extends the processing time by 2-3+ business days depending on how quickly a response back is sent. If an emailed proof goes unresponded to after 7 business days, we will process the order with the selections you made.

We (normally) process all orders within 1-2 business days* Once an order is placed, you have about 1-2 hours to cancel or make an adjustment. After that time, the only thing that can be changed is a shipping address.

Once processed, your order will ship within 2-3 business days

*During holiday months, the processing time can be pushed back to 4-5 business days.

Here is the quick math...your order will arrive in 7-10 business days (sometimes sooner). We process all orders within 2-3 business days, your order will ship within another 2-3 days. Depending on what method your order ships, your order should arrive within another 3-4 days.

Yes! We do have two choices for a rush order. 

Option 1 (For 1-2 items): A $20 processing fee will apply & a rush listing will need to be purchased (click here for the listing) and your order will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. If overnight shipping or faster than Fed Ex Ground is needed, please send us an email hello@joycreativeshop.com and additional fees will apply.

Option 2 (for 3-5 items): A $45 processing fee will apply & a rush listing will need to be purchased (click here for the listing) and your order will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. If overnight shipping or faster than Fed Ex Ground is needed, please send us an email hello@joycreativeshop.com and additional fees will apply. 

We use both USPS and Fed Ex for our shipping. If a rush order, your package will always be shipped via Fed Ex.

Most of the time yes, but some of our items (mainly non-personalized items) ship separately.
