Products
What are your standard sizes and paper selections?
The majority of our personalized styles are A2 flat cards (5.5x4.25”) and printed on either 100 lb. Felt Bright White cardstock. There is a slight texture to the stock, that has a nice feel and is easy to write on. Some of our ready to ship and kid’s styles are printed on 100lb. smooth white stock.
What color envelopes do you have to choose from?
We offer a wide range of envelope choices to coordinate or match any stationery style. View our color chart & envelope colors here.
Can you use a custom color that’s not included on your list?
We are happy to match any color or logo provided. Please email a swatch or color number to custom@joycreativeshop.com
Can I get a discount if I’m ordering a large quantity of stationery sets or notepads?
We’d love to discuss a bulk order discount. Please email us with your order details and we’ll work with you the best we can to get you a price that hopefully works within your budget.
Can I see a proof of my order before it goes to print?
We’re happy to send a proof to make sure you’re more than thrilled with your design and color choices. Please note this extends the processing time by 2-3+ business days depending on how quickly a response back is sent. If an emailed proof goes unresponded to after 7 business days, we will process the order with the selections you made.
Do you offer custom designed products? If we need something that isn’t listed in the shop?
We do! And we love creating products for our customers. Send us an email (Custom@joycreativeshop.com) with what you’re hoping to have made and we’ll do our best to make it happen! Please note, there is a one time design fee and quantity minimums for all custom orders. To learn more, click here.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
What is your normal processing time once an order is placed?
Most every piece we make is personalized and printed just for you, so here's how the timeline breaks down: orders are processed on our end within 1-3 business days, then move into printing, which takes another 5-7 business days. Once printing is complete, your order is packed up and ready to ship. You'll have about 1-2 hours after placing your order to cancel or make changes — after that window, we're only able to update the shipping address.
Good news, for some inventoried items, they will ship out with 1-3 days and arrive sooner! YAY!
Heads up: during holiday months, this timeline can stretch a bit further as we work through higher volume — we'll always keep you posted if that's the case.
If I place an order today, when will it arrive?
Because most everything is made to order, plan on 10-14 business days from order to arrival. That covers processing, printing, and transit time to your door — often it'll land sooner, but this gives you the full picture so you can gift with confidence.
I need my order fast, can I get it rushed?
We've got you. We offer a 2nd Day Air option to cut down on 'in transit time'.
All 2nd Day orders are processed same day, so the whole process is a bit faster. Please note, there is still the printing and packing that takes 5-7 days.
Need it even faster than FedEx Ground? Email us at hello@joycreativeshop.com and we'll sort out overnight or expedited options (additional fees apply).
What methods of shipping do you use to ship orders?
We use both USPS and UPS. Rush orders always ship UPS 2nd Day Air to keep things moving quickly.
Will my order arrive all in one shipment?
Usually, yes! Occasionally a non-personalized item will ship separately, but we'll always make sure everything gets to you.
Subscription (AKA : HAPPY MAIL)
What is our monthly Happy Mail Subscription?
It's our curated snail mail club/membership — a little dose of joy delivered to your door every month via USPS, packed with an art print (our rainbow quote or other art print), a pre-stamed notecard (to send to a friend or loved one), a gift tag and one other seasonal surprise (confetti, stickers, etc.) picked just for the box. No two months are ever the same & the goal is a little mailbox pick me up to surprise and delight!
Can I choose monthly or prepaid plans?
Yes- you can subscribe month-to-month, or save with a 3, 6, or 12-month prepaid plan. We also offer a gift subscription to send to a friend or a loved one!
Can I pause, skip, or cancel anytime?
