Happy June and Summer! It’s where the crazy of May settles, the heat rises and we’re hoping time slows down just a bit. 

This Joyful Journal is dedicated to all things summer: Sandals, camp, travel, cocktails & more. A roundup of things that make us happy and put me in a summer mood. 

Nothing says summer like a good beach read. You can read it in the mountains or on the sand, but it’ll take your mind away for sure. This is one of my favorite IG follows for the best recs & reviews. I found my most recent book choice on here and loved it! 

Next up comes Sandals & Sangria. Two things I love so much. Texas heat requires a good pedi and some super cute sandals. Pair that with my favorite summer sangria recipe & LIFE IS GOOD. I recently discovered this cooler and it is the coolest for sure. Fill it up with yummy sangria and bring the party with you everywhere you go!

Lucky for us there are so many cute ways to carry ‘all the things’ this summer & these are my favorites! A neutral everyday option and one for date nights. One thing that comes with me everywhere I go is this product. It’s a summer staple.

Summer travel is essential! In addition to our favorite beach house on 30A, I’m dreaming of a Texan holiday. These two places are known for West Texas glamping and a modern/minimal place to chill and relax. Kind of like camp for grownups! They are on my list for a local visit.

Camp is something I love! We want to help your kids be prepped and ready to write all the postcards home.
