The position can be remote. We are based out of Dallas, TX.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manages Joy Creative Shop graphic design projects and tasks from concept to delivery across multiple platforms. 
• Acts as the liaison between company and customer
• Use established artwork files and edit, text, color and placement of names
• Assist in the development of new products and artwork files
• Work with other team members on projects 
• Work against established timelines for new designs/content/projects
• Organize and maintain order to artwork and customer files
• Daily Order processing
• Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Must be efficient in Adobe Suite, familiar with Etsy and Shopify platforms.

• Great attention to detail
• Efficient time management
• A keen eye to typography,color and details, over time learning the ‘Joy Creative Shop’ design aesthetic
• Good communication skills and customer service
