Returns and exchange details
Thanks for your interest in Joy Creative Shop. We take pride in our products and customer service. Most of our items are custom and are non-returnable. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 3 days via email (with an attached picture), so we can correct the error. If an order is incorrect by fault of the buyer (incorrect spelling, etc.) we will be happy to reprint the item after it has been purchased again.
